Scooter Wheels

Stunt scooter wheels, much like skateboard wheels have 3 key areas to take note of, the core material, the size and the hardness of the urethane. As a general rule, the bigger the wheel (always shown in MM), the faster the rider will be able to go, but they will have less control. The hardness tends to have a letter ‘A’ afterwards. Softer wheels are designed for skatepark riding (see Slamm wheels) whereas harder wheels are more suitable for street riding (see Eagle wheels). The wheel cores tend to be nylon or metal. Nylon cores are lighter but weaker, making them more suitable for beginners (see Blazer Six Spoke), whereas metal cores are stronger but heavier, ideal for more aggressive riding (see Madd Gear Aero Wheel).
